Catherine Maness and Randy Roeser of Haltom & Doan, were sworn in today by Judge Carlton Jones to practice law in the state of Arkansas.  Catherine is a 2015 graduate of Tulane University Law School and Randy is a 2015 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center; both passed the Arkansas Bar Exam in April 2016.  Judge Carlton Jones is the Circuit Judge of the 8th Judicial District South in Miller County, Arkansas.  A Texarkana native, Judge Jones was elected to the bench in 2014 and his term will run until 2020.
