Morgan Vaughan is an associate with Haltom & Doan. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in November, 2007 and to the Arkansas Bar in April, 2008. Her primary areas of practice are commercial litigation, products liability, personal injury, toxic torts and class actions.
Morgan is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, Texarkana Bar Association, and the Texarkana Young Lawyers Association, where she currently serves as president-elect. Morgan is also a certified mediator.
Morgan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas A&M in 2004. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007. Morgan also received her Environmental Law Certificate from Texas Tech University of Law in May 2007. Morgan was a member of the National Environmental Law Moot Court team during her second and third years of law school. Additionally, Morgan served as Secretary of the Environmental Law Society. Morgan has served as Senior Law Clerk to the Hon. Ruben Reyes, Judge of the 72nd State District Court and the Hon. William Sowder, Judge of the 99th State District Court.
