Darby Doan is a partner with haltom & doan, and is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Texas and Arkansas.  His primary areas of practice are commercial and business litigation, class action, intellectual property, product liability, personal injury, and drug and medical device defense.  Darby has tried or argued cases in both state and federal courts in Texas and Arkansas.

Recently, Darby obtained an order granting summary judgment, ultimately getting his client, Auto Zone dismissed from pending litigation.  He currently represents such clients as DirectTV, Open Range, General Motors, AT&T, Sunbeam and Medtronic in class action and individual claims litigation.
